Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped pecans toasted
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes and cool it.
  4. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Mix in sour cream and vanilla extract thoroughly.
  7. Fold in the chopped pecans gently.
  8. Pour cheesecake filling into the cooled crust and smooth the top.
  9. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until set.
  10. Cool the cake at room temperature, then refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
