Method
- Start by choosing a large pitcher or bowl for mixing.
- Combine the dry white wine, apple cider, and brandy in the pitcher.
- Add the sliced oranges, apple, and pear to the mixture.
- Toss in the cinnamon sticks and vanilla extract.
- Refrigerate the mixture for at least two hours, or overnight if possible.
- Just before serving, add seltzer water for a refreshing fizz.
- Serve the sangria over ice and garnish as desired.
