Ingredients
  

  • 750 ml dry white wine
  • 3 cups apple cider
  • 1 cup brandy
  • 1 orange
  • 1 apple
  • 1 pear
  • 1 cup seltzer water
  • 2-3 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Start by choosing a large pitcher or bowl for mixing.
  2. Combine the dry white wine, apple cider, and brandy in the pitcher.
  3. Add the sliced oranges, apple, and pear to the mixture.
  4. Toss in the cinnamon sticks and vanilla extract.
  5. Refrigerate the mixture for at least two hours, or overnight if possible.
  6. Just before serving, add seltzer water for a refreshing fizz.
  7. Serve the sangria over ice and garnish as desired.
