Ingredients
  

  • 400 g spaghetti
  • 300 g prawns peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 lemon zested and juiced
  • Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente.
  2. While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and red chili flakes to the pan; sauté until fragrant.
  4. Incorporate prawns into the pan; cook until they turn pink.
  5. Pour in the white wine and add lemon juice; simmer.
  6. Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan, toss to combine.
  7. Finish with lemon zest and season with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley.
