Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add olive oil and sear the chicken breasts for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper over the chicken.
Pour barbecue sauce over the chicken and crumble the cooked bacon on top.
Sprinkle cheese over the top and place the skillet in the oven.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
