Method
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Trim the ends of the green beans.
- Blanch the green beans in boiling water for 3-4 minutes.
- Drain the beans and immediately transfer them to an ice bath.
- Wrap each bundle of 4-5 green beans with a slice of bacon.
- Place the bundles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes or until bacon is crispy.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with balsamic vinegar before serving.
