  • 4 chicken thighs bone-in, skin-on

  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and season them with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish, skin-side up.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
