  • 4 oz bacon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the Brussels sprouts by trimming and halving them.
  3. Cut the bacon into small pieces.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine Brussels sprouts and bacon, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Roast in the oven for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  7. If using, drizzle with balsamic vinegar right before serving.
