Method
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, shrimp, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Prepare the salmon fillets by cutting a pocket in each fillet.
- Stuff each salmon fillet with the crab and shrimp mixture.
- Place the stuffed fillets on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake the salmon for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
- Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
