Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets skinless (6 ounces each)
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat
  • 1 cup small shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese softened
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, shrimp, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Prepare the salmon fillets by cutting a pocket in each fillet.
  4. Stuff each salmon fillet with the crab and shrimp mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed fillets on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake the salmon for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
  7. Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
