Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 2 cups bread crumbs
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries chopped
  • 1/2 cup onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon sage
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, bread crumbs, chopped cranberries, onion, celery, sage, thyme, black pepper, and egg.
  3. Gradually add chicken broth until the mixture is moist but not overly wet.
  4. Shape the mixture into balls, about 1.5 inches in diameter, and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
