Ingredients
  

  • 4 lobster tails
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare the lobster tails by splitting them down the middle.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat, then add the minced garlic.
  4. Stir in the chopped parsley and lemon juice, then season with salt and pepper.
  5. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the lobster tails.
  6. Place the lobster tails in a baking dish and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  7. Remove the lobster tails from the oven and let them rest briefly.
  8. Serve immediately, garnished with additional parsley and lemon if desired.
