  • 2 pounds baby potatoes

  • 4 cloves garlic minced

  • 1/2 cup milk

Method
 

  1. Begin by boiling the potatoes in a large pot of salted water.
  2. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
  3. Add butter, minced garlic, and milk to the potatoes.
  4. Mash the potatoes gently with a potato masher.
  5. Fold in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper to taste.
