Ingredients
  

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 8 ounces sliced deli ham
  • 8 ounces shredded cheese cheddar or Swiss
  • 1 cup baby spinach chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard optional

Method
 

  1. Prepare the filling by mixing cream cheese and Dijon mustard in a bowl.
  2. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla.
  3. Layer with adeli ham, shredded cheese, and chopped spinach evenly.
  4. Begin rolling the tortilla tightly from one end to the other.
  5. Wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour.
  6. Remove the plastic wrap and slice the pinwheels into bite-sized pieces.
  7. Serve immediately or arrange on a platter for later.
