Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare the butternut squash by peeling, seeding, and cutting it into 1-inch cubes.
In a large mixing bowl, toss the squash cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and herbs until evenly coated.
Spread the squash in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Roast the squash in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Add cranberries to the baking sheet during the last 10 minutes of roasting.
Once done, remove the baking sheet from the oven and sprinkle the roasted squash and cranberries with crumbled feta cheese immediately.
Serve warm, garnished with additional herbs if desired.
