- Prepare the slow cooker and place the chicken breasts inside.
- Add the frozen corn over the chicken.
- In a bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken and corn in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
