- 1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef.
- 2. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- 3. Remove the beef from heat and drain any excess grease.
- 4. Lay a tortilla flat in a clean skillet over low heat.
- 5. Add a layer of cooked ground beef, sprinkle cheese, and add pickles.
- 6. Fold the tortilla in half and press down firmly.
- 7. Cook until the bottom is golden brown, then flip to cook the other side.
- 8. Remove from the skillet and let it cool slightly before slicing.
