Savory Steak and Shrimp Stuffed Bread offers a delightful blend of juicy flavors and hearty textures, making it an impressive centerpiece for any gathering.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium loaf of crusty bread
  • 1 pound sirloin steak diced
  • 1/2 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 bell pepper finely diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or Monterey Jack
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add onions and bell peppers; sauté for about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the minced garlic and continue cooking for another minute.
  5. Add the diced steak to the skillet, cooking until browned.
  6. Add the shrimp and Worcestershire sauce; cook until shrimp turn pink.
  7. Season with salt and pepper, then stir in the shredded cheese.
  8. Hollow out the loaf of bread, leaving a thick wall.
  9. Spoon the steak and shrimp mixture into the hollowed bread.
  10. Place the stuffed bread on a baking sheet and cover with foil.
  11. Bake for 20 minutes, then remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes.
  12. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and slice.
