Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add onions and bell peppers; sauté for about 5 minutes.
Stir in the minced garlic and continue cooking for another minute.
Add the diced steak to the skillet, cooking until browned.
Add the shrimp and Worcestershire sauce; cook until shrimp turn pink.
Season with salt and pepper, then stir in the shredded cheese.
Hollow out the loaf of bread, leaving a thick wall.
Spoon the steak and shrimp mixture into the hollowed bread.
Place the stuffed bread on a baking sheet and cover with foil.
Bake for 20 minutes, then remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and slice.
