Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 cup fresh spinach chopped
  • 1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Burger buns for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped spinach, shredded white cheddar, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into patties, about 4-6 ounces each.
