- Prepare the batter by whisking eggs and sugar.
- Sift the flour and baking powder together.

- Optional: Fold in honey.
- Rest the batter for 30 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick pan and lightly grease it with oil.
- Pour the batter into the pan and form small rounds.
- Flip and cook the other side until golden.
- Remove and fill with red bean paste.
- Serve fresh and enjoy your dorayaki.
