  • 3 ripe bananas mashed
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup almond milk or any plant milk
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil melted

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
